Olympic Property Group (OPG) would like to cordially invite you to attend an informational neighborhood meeting, regarding design and development of the Bainbridge Landing project located at 259 Ferncliff Avenue NE. Please join us on November 10th beginning at 6:30pm at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, located at 550 Winslow Way East, Bainbridge Island. We will be hosting a follow-up meeting to provide an update for the 4.7-acre property that lies behind the Harbor Square condominiums, between Ferncliff and Cave Avenue NE. As with previous meetings, our presentation will be videotaped and all related materials will be available for viewing or download at www.bainbridgelanding.com.
Recall, at our first set of meetings in November 2015, February 2016, and May 2016, we provided background on Olympic Property Group and an overview of the zoning rules that regulate the development of this property, conceptual site plan, building design, including exterior treatments, and attempted to address the issues and concerns that had been raised.
I would also like to make sure you are all aware that there will be a passenger only ferry initiative on the November ballot. The initiative will bring the boats to Bremerton, Kingston, and Southworth with run times to Seattle of 28, 33, and 23 minutes. This is the only effort we are aware of that might actually result in a reduction of traffic, congestion, and parking demand in and around the Ferry District. For more information: http://wwwkitsapferries.com. If you think it is a good idea please talk it up with your friends and family.
Thank you for your interest in our project and for continuing your active engagement with us. We look forward to seeing you at the next meeting, on November 10th beginning at 6:30pm at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, and remain committed to working hard to make Bainbridge Landing the best it can be for all of us.
See you soon.
